Positive Reflection

When I started with amal I was thinking it would be a simple course we will be given assignments and we have to do it like we use to do in universities. But honestly, this is the best course I have ever had in my life. This is the only course that I do not just to complete because I love to do. I have a job sometimes I have to work for 10 hours or 12 hours but I use the time management skill that I have learned from amal course to complete my PW. I had never submitted my PW late due to the skill that amal taught me.

I am very thankful to Miss Nimra and Sir Hamza those 2 are Gems of Amal. They put 200% of their efforts on our batch. I haven’t seen any teacher or instructor who is worried about students not submit their assignments. I have never experienced or seen such care from a teacher to their students. I have still remembered when Miss Nimra gives me a review on my Resume she was not well I can hear from her voice but she still manages to work on my resume and give me feedback. Sir Hamza whenever I receive PW result I always ask how can I make it batter he always told me sides where I have to work on and it helps me a lot in my self-development. Sometimes in our session students including me forget the answers or come up with the wrong answers but they never insult anyone, the way they motivate us even thou with the wrong answers is remarkable.

I can’t believe there are only 4 sessions left. These 3 months of my life I can proudly say the best month because of amal. I am a very Lazy-guy and use to hear from people when you start a job you can’t do anything with a job because you get tired and you can’t do anything. I use to spend 2 hours daily for amal no matter what happens and I will be going to keep this habit of spending hours on something productive afterwords.

Before joining Amal I have a lake of confidence I usually didn’t speak much. But now I can give a speech in front of more than 500 people. One of the best things that I have learned from Amal is to respect the point of view of others. I didn’t usually do that before I was thinking only I am thinking right another person is wrong now I have learned how to respect others opinions.

I don’t want this fellowship to ends. But there is a good thing about bad times and bad things about good times they didn’t last forever. I will miss the time we spend in sessions and the concert which is held during break time. I will be going to miss that all.
